Terms of use

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone using the FC Madras website, including to view fixtures and results, register a team or sign up for a trial. By using the site you agree to them.

Registering a team or player

  • The details you submit must be true and complete, including players' dates of birth.
  • You must have permission to register every player you enter, and for players under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • Each tournament has its own rules, age limits and deadlines. Entering a team means you accept them.
  • FC Madras may refuse, remove or disqualify an entry that breaks the rules or gives false information.

Fees and refunds

Entry and trial fees are shown before you pay and are processed securely by Razorpay. Unless the tournament or trial says otherwise, fees are not refundable once paid. If FC Madras cancels an event, fees for that event will be refunded.

Fixtures, scores and results

We try to keep fixtures and live scores accurate and up to date, but they may change or contain mistakes. The official result of a match is the one confirmed by the tournament organisers.

Photos and content

By uploading a team crest or player photo, you confirm you have the right to use it and allow FC Madras to show it on this website for the tournament. The FC Madras name and crest belong to the club and may not be used without permission.

Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to access admin areas without permission, disrupt the service, or submit entries on someone else's behalf without their consent.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. FC Madras is not responsible for any loss caused by the site being unavailable or by errors in the information shown, to the extent the law allows. Taking part in matches and trials is at the participant's own risk, subject to the rules of each event.
