This policy explains what information FC Madras collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it. By registering a team, signing up for a trial or otherwise using the site, you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Team entries: team name and crest, school or institution, and the names, mobile numbers and email addresses of the principal, physical education teacher, coach and manager.
• Player details: name, date of birth, playing position, jersey number, photo and, where given, a mobile number.
• Trial sign-ups:the player's details and the contact email and mobile number provided.
• Payments: entry and trial fees are processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, but we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

• To run our tournaments and trials: checking age eligibility, making fixtures and keeping match records.
• To contact team officials and players about entries, schedules and results.
• To publish fixtures, scores, team sheets and match statistics on this website.

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

What is shown publicly

Team names, crests, player names, jersey numbers and match events (such as goals and cards) may appear on public fixture and result pages. Dates of birth, mobile numbers and email addresses are never shown publicly.

Players under 18

Many of our tournaments are for junior players. Entries for players under 18 must be made by their school, team official or a parent or guardian, who confirms they have permission to share the player's details with us.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the site, such as our payment provider (Razorpay) and the services that host the site and deliver our emails. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep entry and match records for as long as we need them to run our competitions and keep a record of results. You can ask us to delete personal details that are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you or a player you registered. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
